Origin story?

Becoming monk is no easy task brother, but u dont have to be a monk to peform such rituals, its the experience and accurate pronounciation of mantra words

We come from a buddhist origin,so all the temples are buddhist ones. In buddhism sorcerer is banned and its a sin to perform such but through ages people have been using it to gain their desired outcomes

Oh we have seperate temples for hindu gods too

I mentioned that because the natives of my country accostumed to believe what their native priests (called “machis”) had powers that they don’t have and never had had, so they said things like “THAT GUY DID IT!” so everybody went to beat the signaled guy to death, which was really stupid and in some places IS still stupid

I said the title curses are kinda famous around here, not only curse there are other rituals too

I do not want to learn it or perform, but im interested in sharing it with the world since im living in a small island we are limited by such factors and within years sorcery here would fade away due to modernization

That is valid

That is fair

Where I live, sorcery blooms due to modernization, as there have been never so much access to occult knowledge

You seem like you really have a lot of knowledge. Or that your head is at least in the right place when it comes to finding it. I seek old European literature

I wanted to ask how different the temples from sri lanka are to the hindu ones, but you already gave an answer

haha, it’s funny

There, you said you don’t want my knowledge :innocent:

The only issue in here is that the younger generations does not have any interest in carrying them out to the future generations
Most people are afraid of learning the dark ways cuz there is a high probability to back fire on the caster if things are done with mistakes. I have witnessed such stuff in my life

I wish but politics has ruined everything in here, most people try to move out from the country

I’m sorry to hear about that

Currently in my country that happens with Christianity, but instead of people becoming unspiritual, they replace the Christian god with other things, such as soccer teams and animated franchises

lol. not funny but kinda funny

Don’t worry I got this.

Magick is as old as home sapien even older in the ceremonies and rituals of Neanderthal man. Ever since humanity was aware of his spiritual side he has attempted to understand it and it’s relationship to the world around him. The dreams and altered states of consciousness of early man was when he first. Learned that he could participate in another aspect of his existence. I’ll explain more in a moment I have to go. I’ll be right back.
OK cont.
Before the world was taken over by narcissists man understood his own divine nature. The magick worlds of the shaman and the physical world were one in a sense. The Gods were seen more as ancestors than something separate from themselves or just simply as creators. The aboriginal dreamtime an over 40,000 year old oral tradition explains this rather well. Even the Shining ones of the original text of Genesis eludes to such a belief. And the monuments of Gobekli tepi are a testament to man’s knowledge in the present narcissist era. This goes back to the earliest cave paintings.

Well in Egyptian saying there are two books the book of the dead also known as the book of Anubis and the book of Amon Ra the book of life. Seth has their origin book on the craft and so on.
Reading on occult history I would recommend searching on the origin of the name on the deity or tribe if you interested in Native American origin and then creation stories their you will find the occult ones. Many old books have been digitized in the library’s data system so you will find a lot there. And folk lore for the civilization that did not have written language anthropologist gather a lot of them in the 19th century.

The origin of any individual magick systems is always found in the mythologies, when one knows what to look for their easy to spot, so look again.

And the origin of all things comes from that curious notion of The Source, so learn to soul travel and you’ll get your answers…Probably.

Try The Golden Bough by James George Frazer.
