Magick began when we first recognized our own mortality and what we couldnt understand. When we first understood the mystery and consequences of life. Its the same point that we connected with something more than ourselves. The first time we cried, laughed, loved, and killed. We were more than animals at that point, it created intent and will.

ā€œDo you remember the first sunrise, sharpened bone clenched tight in your fist, screaming into the blue, an urge to kill the sky.ā€

The runes are said to have been given to mankind by Ɠưinn. Ɠưinnis said to have received the Runes when he died on Yggdrasil after hanging there, impaled by his own spear, for 9 days.

My main divinatory art, Geomancy, has quite a few origin stories… Believed by some to have been given to Adam by Gabriel. Others say it was given to Enoch (Now Metatron) by Gabriel. Other’s say it was given to Daniel by Gabriel, and others say the art was first given to Hermes Trismegistus, and yet others say it was given to the prophet Idris, also by Gabriel.

You may be familiar with an offshoot of Geomancy practiced in West Africa, called IfĆ”.

Yes, this is true of runes and their history. And if they were used for magick the modern ā€œrunic magicā€ is a paltry imitation, without sacred or inherent power beyond your channelling. Probably best bet is to find an old icelander who practices, theirs is closer to the old ways i believe. Not much written, at least in french or english that i can find, that has not been distorted in some form or another with christian influence or new age flair, shit like that

Is it possible that God created different nations of gods and gave them the same knowledge?

U wicked imagine that it is all written in runes. At least the original real shit

Egypt

That would imply there’s one god that the gods originated from when there isn’t.

There are many gods but there is one presence that connects us all… What would you call that if not God

I don’t believe there is one source so no I wouldn’t call it God, that’s still adhering to a Christianized monotheistic mentality. I’d call it one of many sources.

God and god are different. In my mind what we all practice, Magick, or in latent terms the manipulation of energy, is something used by demons angels humans whatever you want to believe in. It is the thing that connects us all. THAT is what I think God is. It isn’t some singular man with a white beard it is the energy force that is within everything, all worlds and creatures. The manifestations of demons and angels are called gods… they are merely a part of the greater energy.

Are you going to send this?

Demons and Angels are Demons and Angels, Gods are Gods, Source is Source and one of many in my experiences. However to me it’s still adhering to a monotheistic mentality, especially when a lot of LHP people like to crap on Christians when they have the similar mentality of a singular God/Essence. Although, I’m not aiming to change your beliefs regardless lol.

I believe there is one true God and there are like sub. categories of other celestial beings. Just sensical

Yeah I can’t really follow that diet monotheistic view, not saying it’s ā€œwrongā€ but just not my cup of joe.

definitely complicated. monotheistic Is not what I would call it. because says there are more than one god with power over things

Their might not be just one Source but we can agree that it is all one infinite intelligence experiencing itself.

I can’t agree with that no, but I am not going to tell others not to agree with it.

Can you explain what you believe about it? I’m intrigued…
