Stepped into circle and re cast it with flames
Closes chakras, then opened them again
Faced the North and did 45 pushups

Notes: After I finished, i felt a quiet joy arise. The more scientific type of joy where you dont jump up and down as in “yeah, i did it!” but as in “I did this, what else can i do?” as you realize your own power. Its a great feeling. One day left!

30 mins of Kundalini yoga.
This is why I only work out 3 days a week. The DOMS is just counter productive for me, and I don’t make the best gains in muscle size or strength that way.
We stimulate growth in the gym or during the workout, then we actually repair and build the muscles/body when we rest and eat correctly.
After leg day, I used to still be limping and sore for another week afterwards. In the words of 8 time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney, “stimulate don’t annihilate.”
Yesterday, Day 4:
I was late (my evening, but technically Thursday) and tired, managed 2 x 90s with much mental cursing then on the final I was struggling too hard to not stick my goddess behind in the air, so I dropped aiming for 90s and did 2 x 50s planks.
I’m not sure that qualifies, but the progression is too rapid (especially, as you say, done daily) so I’m going to split them from now on and add 10s to each HALF, meaning I get more plank time (yippee, said no-one ever!) BUT don’t have to sacrifice form, or possess Kim Jong-Un to nuke BALG’s servers to avoid The Hat!
Useful learning experience there, which included not putting this off until the end of the day, then trying to do them in short successsion, and I’m definitely finding that the first 60s now flies by (well, kinda) when that was my top limit before.
I got one of today’s 60s (100 / 2 + 10) already and will fit the rest in soonish…
So its been a few days, as I think its redudant to post every single day either that or Im just too tired anyway. So I’ve been doing my calisthenics at 2AM, and then again at 10 AM. My Body was feeling kind of stiff and I think I will need to get some jacuzzi action, because it would appear I need to work on Lower Back muscles more. For anyone interested in working out, I’ve heard from experienced people that most people neglect to train their back muscles as it is basically a Core Muscle group.
So more jacuzzi and ALOT of stretching is needed. I was standing in the bathroom taking my morning leak and I had the funniest Sense of Something as I turned my head left and stared out the window. I felt a sort of “renewed” feeling that reminds me of Fresh Dew Drops and Crisp Cool Morning Air on the Seaside at a Beach Town. For some reason I felt like my Soul… and an aspect energetically of even my physical body (if the body could have its own energetic component as far as being a part of a Soul) was somewhere else. No this had nothing to do with it being in the early morning and there was a cool breeze… the unique smell/sense literally smelled like a fresh early morning Beach… and my psychic senses were picking up and “feeling out” potential fates… what do some people call them…timeline tracks? that were in that location. So this is just a weird feeling I had of being in two places at once this morning =)
oh and Lady Eva, perhaps you could curse Kim Jong Un’s FAT. lol… Sacrifice and burn his Larde for energy (via magickal means of course). It always surprises me how he seems to avoid getting eaten by his own people.
Day 4: 4 miles of walking around running errands. Decided to super set planks and push ups together. 20 push ups, on the last extension hold in plank position until near failure. 2 sets, 1st finishing plank @45 seconds, 2nd @40. Stretched hamstrings only. The hamstring stretches are the worst. Mine are so tight that it feels like I just did leg day 3 days in a row, but only on the back half, lol. Worth it, though. At least I know where I need to put the most effort.
Yep, DOMS sucks. That is why I always used to break up my weekday routine into alternating push/pull workouts, focusing on a different muscle group each day.
I’m doing okay with the soreness, I did some stretches last night and was a bit sore down my sides whehn i woke up (still a bit so now, but tolerable), also back of neck feeks creaky, but nothing too bad - I hit my target yesterday and am 2 of 6 down today, I plan to do tomorrow then have a 3 - 4 day break from planks, but I’ve well and truly broken through the 60s barrier and “having” to do them has been weirdly motivational!

Notes: I did it bitches!! Day 7 is done! No lie, when i was doing pushups i heard chanting in my mind. A whole arena was watching me and counting with me as i did the pushups and situps and cheered loudly as i stood up and ended the ritual. I feel fucking awesome and am proud of myself
Day 5: 4-5 mile walk, hamstring stretches again. No core.
I love how y’all are using magick for this.

Bloody awesome, you maged this challenge up and pushed through the week like a champ, VERY inspiring.
I completed my planks yesterday and have all of today’s 6 to do, then that’s my week complete - next week I’m going to take a leaf from your book and start doing serious circles, and also mix things up so different muscle groups get a rest. But first I’m having at least 3 days off!!!

I just went to get changed into some gardening clothes I don’t wear that often, old jeans and wellies, and caught sight of myself, I’ve DEFINITELY toned up kind of the sides of my midriff and also my shoulders look slightly more toned, they were making good progress before but being in the junk room with the mirror that’s propped up showed me a different angle, I’m pleasantly shocked!
Oh and the jeans are looser even though I’ve not been eating less, or differently, not by much but maybe half an inch.
Hey guys sorry I haven’t been updated my exercise schedule, I’ve been having one of those aquarius inspired isolated times. Yeah it’s actually a thing where I cut off all social contact with the world and have some me time and with everything that’s been going on lately I really needed some me time
