I’m sure a lot of people around here would like that but it’s not how it works generally. Maybe if you find a coven or order locally it’s different but those are hard to find and this forum isn’t the place for that.
If you can’t stand on your own two feet without being spoon fed, choose a different route. Go see a therapist or a doctor and hope conventional medicine can do something.
However, no one is going to do your work for you and neither should they… this is a world of very independent thinkers and it can be dangerous to rely on others’ upg, just, don’t do it… you’re going to have to put in some research and a bunch of trial an error effort. 
or don’t bother and continue to suffer it’s your choice.
Use the search at top right with the keywords “tutorial” and you’ll find hundreds of free how-to posts.
You should pretty quickly see a megathread that does its best to give you a start on everything - see free tutorial collections in that.
Here’s the thing: you need to not put other mages on any kind of pedestal, we’re all perpetual students doing the best we can, maybe we can do something, we have a Request thread for volunteers, but you really want to just do it yourself. We all do this, and so can you.
