Cardio Vascular

Flexibility to a decent extent

Core/Much less belly fat (abs haha)

Probably some strength physically

Try to keep your cool and hard as it seems, don’t try to fuck with other people using this, the big reality field we’re all in has slipped off its first veil and if you go barging in, it will be like making moves at the start of a date before you’ve yet earned that trust… if you see what I mean.

I get what you mean. I’ll dip deeper. I see the world as a skybox with frames, and I’ll go so deep I see reality clearly, but I wont do anything crazy yet.

You might really want to follow Lady Eva’s advice though, and learn to switch it off, and learn to let only certain stuff come through. Because it can have a bad ending and sooner or later make you want to escape from everything.
