I concur that you re clearly parasitized, but even if you’re not, this state of fear is attracting them, so the first thing to do is banish and cleanse.

You gave it permission so first revoke permission. See it as a separate thing and not you, tell you you’re on to it and it need to fuck off or else.
It won’t - it will either hide, or more likely here it will try to punish you. But you have given it fir warning and I’ve found there’s a funny law in the universe that makes your defense stronger if you gave it a chance to do the right thing first.
So you have two things to do, your spiritual hygiene is non-existent so you need to work on that at the same time as banishing. (You can’t kill your higher self, so don’t worry about that, the very fact that you can attack this thing proves it’s a lesser entity the first place - you are not a lesser entity, you are a higher being incarnate, you’re another order of being many levels above this thing, which is why it wants to feed on you in the first pace, you are amazing and yummy.)
