There is this being around Set. He looks kinda like this

Not exactly but close. He must be under Set, he’s always interrupting Set and I with questions about when to do something.
His cloak is black I usually can’t see his face but when I do its kinds similar to the picture.

I’m not sure who he is. But I keep seeing him. There are more that must be under him but I don’t see their faces.

I also I have a fever right now so maybe I’m hallucinating … But I’ve seen him a few other times too.

My lower back hurts so bad. I’ve already taken 2 Aleve and ibuprofen 600mg and still in pain. It’s feels like it’s being twisted into knots.
