Do what you already planned to do. You’re just going to get confused and end up doing nothing if you try to do everything that people suggest. I already gave you the necessary steps. Ignore the books above. While they are decent books, they’re unnecessary. You already have the tools you need to build your foundations. Work on them and then use the books mentioned above.
alright alright your right, ive started the energy work book and i plan to start actually going thru with my plan once ive finished. also researching paralda, mespitahl, and sastan in what they do and etc. The fundamentals of opening a sigil and tgs. Ill try to refrain from sending any more messages now, unless i think its super necessary, and start focusing. Ill be back in a week or 2 to send my full plan and from there its only up.
Yo whatup, been reading Robert Bruce’s energy work book and first, I must say, I’m really feeling these exercises but besides that, in chapter 2, its mainly exercises followed by exercises and I was wondering if it isnt good to do many exercises in a day. I did 3 different exercises today but I felt them all as I was supposed to feel them, and im not sure if I should stay on each exercise till I master it, or to do the exercise, get a feel for it and get results, and move on to the next. What do you think?
Once you get a feel for an exercise, it is fine to move on to the next. I think the author even says something to that effect in the book. You’re building skills so once you can feel the energy, then you move on to circulating it, and then onto manipulating i, etc. The first few chapters are mainly an introduction to the foundational techniques that you will then build on in the later chapters.
It varies by individual. You don’t want to burn out your nervous system by doing too much but as long as you’re not overtaxing yourself then you can do as much energy work as you’d like. It’s analogous to going to the gym. You’re going to hurt for the first few weeks because you are exposing your body to stressors it doesn’t usually experience, but eventually, the pain goes away and you get stronger. In the case of energy work, your meridians strengthen and widen to accommodate more and more energy moving through them.
What do you think of Wallace D Wattles ?
I see, im like 100isg pages in rn and im getting my 2 week winter break next week so ill have lots of time. Do you know any good books of LHP or vampirism, I dont want to add these practices into my plan, but really wanna learn about the demons/ how vampirism works, yadda yadda, like food for thought yk? Or do you think this might potentially throw me off. I looked through the forum but it gets a little tricky using the search button.
Because im probably gonna have to hold off on the mastering evocation course for a bit, ion got no access to a solomonic circle or a ritualistic dagger, my parents dont think very high of me and if their crazy religious asses found this shit with me, I’d have nowhere to live LOL. It seems those are necessary for a beginner atleast, so that course’ll have to wait. Ill probably still read the videos just off curiosity
@Thanh_Truc Do you know any good books of LHP or vampirism? Or elemental magick.
How do you feel when you are doing magick and after the magick? This is where it needs to be discussed.
Saying “you must crawl before you walk” isn’t doing anything. Or “hope for the best results the more you practice.” That’s BS. Magick is a feeling. Magick isn’t like math homework. You do not even need circles to perform magick. That’s just a technique.
You cannot practice the same shitty technique and expect to get better. So care to explain the exacts of your magick? Also what kind of magick are you doing? Just spirit summoning?
I tried with the parhworking magick from lucifer and the hidden demons, didnt feel much but a little bit of chills. Called lucifers name a few times i was off shrooms and my hood started screaming and booming until i got up out of fear and moved around. Did a petition to my higher self for guidance. Other than that, that’s it, ion got no resources nor are my astral senses developed so thats why im practicing the foundation.
Once I get the foundations down, im gonna summon spirits like hecate and lucifer for guidance in my success through music, I’m already ready for the physical work but I ask for guidance from these spirits to ensure my success and ensure large success. So thats what Ill do when im ready for it, cus i dont have technique or the astral senses necessary to see or talk to spirits.
You don’t need either of those things. If you have space restrictions, focus on scrying. Scrying will build to to astral evocation.
mm ok, this is done with the use of TGS right?
Yes. Everything is done in the theta/gamma state.
might as well subsitute TGS for scrying practice then no?
You can, yes. Once you have it down, you can use the TGS with the other practices. Trancework is just the preliminary step.
alright cool, thank you.
Good. Chills mean the doorway activated. Go deeper. Don’t get too logically focused. Just pay attention to the subtle feelings and atmospheric shifts. You mentioned mushrooms and that is a good way to familiarize this sensation. Don’t take too much because it can leave you too open to other energies that should not be there and you can lose connection.
You know you are doing it right when the feeling around you shifts, as if there is only one presence there - and distinctual as opposed to thoughts like “am I doing it right?”
it was very subtle, that thought was all that was going through my head. Didn’t have any success to my knowledge though. I dont have any requests i can think of that i genuienly want thats achievable without communication with spirits. Hence, why I am getting the foundations down.
Also, asked for books so I can learn more about the spirits of the lhp or vampirism so I can build up which spirits I want to talk to and gain information on them and how they work.
I plan on using sastans sigil during my plan to help assust me as i work to develop my senses
Just to clarify…
Tim and DK are giving great advice as well as the rest of the responders.
Crawling before walking is a shorter way of saying “master fundamentals first, then climb the ladder of magic success”.
If that’s unclear, then idk.
nah its clear i understand 1000% thats what im doin rn
Apologies for how I worded it. “Crawling before walking” is definitely important. But sometimes people may wonder where to even start and may need things to be applicable rather than just understanding structure - hence I felt the need to say that. That’s where I was coming from. But definitely mastering the fundamentals should be the baseline.
No worries. ![]()
We’ve all added ways to structure his success. I’m to be taken with a grain of salt though, that while I’ve had a few successes in my magic life, I have a long way to go.
