They draw up blueprints for science fiction comic book looking “machines” and then build them as egregores/thought-forms on the astral plane. The “machines” are programmed conscious entities.
In the case of the conventional 72, each is fueled by a specific combination of zodiacal, planetary, and solar energies corresponding to a decan of the zodiac, as mapped by the Tarot. These are the energies you’re supposed to channel in order to fuel your own personal copy. When you call on these entities, you’re essentially making an etheric photocopy of somebody else’s blueprint. The trick most people don’t want to deal with is that somebody else programmed that machine and you can’t easily see the nuances of its programming until you work with it over time. I’ve caught some of the entities in the more heavily promoted 19th century grimoires skimming up to 80% of the energy they’ve been given to fulfill tasks and redirecting it toward agendas they’ve been programmed to help enact. I’ve also caught a lot of the angels dragging situations out and causing crisis after crisis on purpose so you keep calling them over and over and wind up feeding them multiple times the amount of energy that was actually required to resolve the situation and get what you wanted.
Of course, if you learn the attributes of the individual decans and what they’re good for, borrowing insights from the published descriptions of the angels and demons, you can make your own damn angel/demon that you programmed yourself and nobody else has access to.

Right, but why do at least certain parts of goetic seals look like a microscope view of solid state or digital electronic parts, and why do some enochian and angelic seals/sigils appear as circuit board pathways or circuit jumper wires?

They literally blueprint literal machines and then manifest them as etheric/astral entities. So on paper and conceptually it’s a “machine.” But on the astral plane it is a conscious entity.

And what is this storm the demons are gossiping about? Why does it seem like a sci-fi plot? Furthermore, why do astral travel, meditation, astral senses connect with these while an engineer here could build or replicate the circuit.
Add to these truncated pyramids, mercurial and Qlippothic seals (per Crowley), and how they interact or extend the circuit.
@Lady_Eva back in December posted, iirc, a picture of a power coil. People were getting bogus spirits and odd images.

The idea that a physical construct can lead to its own spiritual counterpart is not a new one if you look at the law of correspondence.
Everything has an expression on many planes. So going from physical to spirtual and visa versa with servitor creation is not as far fetched as it sounds.
But certain energies could also aim to guide those sensitive to their vibration to find expression on this plane.
Some of tesla’s own work like his crystal radio spooked even him.
