We have tutorials you can use to do this for yourself free. However you don’t need a pact for most things, or to just ask an entity do help you with something, and I don’t recommend you bother at this stage.

Here’s a pact tutorial, if nothing else you can read this through and see what it involves - this one is for Bune but you can edit to suit - the person you contacted talking about getting the entity to agree is good advice: they can say they are not interested.

No this is ridiculous. He may believe it, but it doesn’t make any sense if you think about what karma is, which is a matter of energetic cause and effect for your own actions: you can’t give it away like it’s a thing you own.
I do recommend, before you go here whether you get someone else to do it or not, is to get your spiritual hygiene sorted out, and start work on developing your astral senses, then when you can know you have a decent chance at avoiding impostors and parasites then try the evocation guides we have on here.
