I dont get bow I can see my aura but cant see spirits I can see a white outline around me but how can I see more like colours and other things
Any tips advice knowledge would be appreciated

The aura is denser, as it is created by the biological energy of your physical body, and thus closer to the material plane. It doesn’t require astral vision to see it. Spirits, on the other hand, are from higher planes and so seeing them requires a greater perception.

Start expanding your vision outward. Bring your aura into focus, and once you have it, look up into your environment. Keeping the same gaze you were using to see your aura, try to look through the air, as if it were made of liquid. This is basically how you scry, only instead of gazing into a mirror or a pool of water, you’re gazing into the space around you.

That sounds tricky to do I dont have the best focus but im determined to see where this will go with time was hoping to get more information but thanks for the suggestion maybe your answer is the only one that will help me hahah
One thing that should be noted is that not everyone is able to see colours on the aura. Some people will only see a white or greyish outline no matter how hard they try. It’s similar to how some people have a condition called aphantasia in which they are unable to form images in the mind’s eye.
There was actually one time where I saw a green big orb at the corner of my eye that was a very rare experience and would like to have it again like happen frequently at least but yeah I think i have the potential to see colours lol
Orbs are not the same thing as seeing the aura. They’re a different phenomena.

Maybe, but you literally asked in your original post why you can only see a white outline and I just pointed out that for some people, that’s all they can see 
Well the reason why I said maybe i will be able to see colour is because you seem like you were knowledgeable I was kind of waiting for an answer in hoping it was possible to see colors this site isnt very helpful not enough answers lol unfortunately people like answering interesting questions lol mine isnt one of them
Continue practicing and maybe you will eventually see colour. There is no fundamental difference between seeing colour and seeing a white outline, it’s the same technique. Just have patience with yourself. If there is one thing I’ve learned on this path, it’s that you can’t rush things. We all develop at different rates and what takes one person a week to succeed at, it could take another a month or longer. Your perception will expand in its own time, just continue working at it.

The more you try to see them with your physical eyes, the less you will succeed.
Spirits don’t have any appearance, what we perceive from them is their energy. Their appearance is mostly a mental construct and or a mental image the spirit send you or how you see it using your own inner dictionary.
One trick that works well is this, whenever you sense a spirit, ask yourself “if i could see it, what would i see?”

What has been successful for me is to not focus on physically being able to see them or “hear” them. but to just keep practicing energy work and developing my sensitivity to perceiving different kinds of energy. Knowing that something shifts and is present that wasn’t before is key. When developing that sense you’ll also be able to sense what exactly is showing up by that energetic signature.
The rest will fall into place after that. The mental image you’ll get of them (if you would even wish to), but more importantly it’ll become clearer how they communicate with you specifically and how to develop that further.

If you wish to develop those skills there are great exercises in: Introduction to Magic volumes 1-3 by Julius Evola. Watch that you don’t get the original copies unless you read Italian!

To get the Service of this Pentacle to see spirits by physical eyes :

Weed (Marijuana).

Lenses from glasses or magnifying glass.

Piece of flint or a Steel.
-
Left half of Solomon’s secret seal (to be burnt to ash and ashes on forward of Talisman).

Piece of mirror.
-
Eye of hawk (powdered) (optional).
Print or draw the Talisman on a clean A4 paper or clean plain paper; at back of the talisman write: “From Sunrise to Sunset, reveal to me all things evil and innocent”.
Add all the recipes. Then carefully fold the paper, seal it with threads of color White, Yellow and Black.
Done. Always have the seal on you. It can be around your neck, or knit it to a cap and always wear the cap or hide it in the middle of the hair on your head.

I am sure you didn’t see spirits only because you didn’t meet them yet. It’s more harder to not be aware of it’s presense
