A professional psychic person measured my vibration 3 years ago and now. He found that I went from 3.6 to 3.75 on chakra scale as soul vibration. He say that the grand human avarage is 3.4. I don’t know how I reached this. He said that '“congratulations, you are well above human avarage”. It is generally said that you have to reach 5 on chakra scale or 5D in other words to be a spirit guide.
In this forum people talk about ascension. Does anybody know what is the minimum treshold to be reached for this kind of ascension? Because reaching 5D is really really far away for me. Currently I consider reaching ascension as a lifegoal.
I wouldn’t worry too much about “vibration numbers” or some exact level for ascension. Nobody can really measure that stuff. If you’re growing as a person and feeling more at peace, that matters way more than a score.
The person who measure this stuff say that in yoga tradition it is mentioned that kundalini is coiled 3.5 times in the base of the spine, and that if kundalini reach the crown chakra then you reach enlightenment.
The professional psychic invented a fake scale that goes beyond the traditional 3.5 coil symbolism. He then created a fictional “above average” target to keep you chasing a goal that doesn’t exist.
This psychic is a spiritual master. He has the best teachings I read so far. In the past he told me, just from my picture, that I have to trust myself, which what other people, who know me, told me too.
Then how do you believe in magick at all? I believe in magick.
Except that even if you raise kundalini you’re not done. Because that’s once and it falls back again.
A few people on this forum have raised it more than once, and they report to not being enlightened or ascended. In fact some of them raised it slightly wrong or still with blocks so it causes them injury.
You need to raise it to a point where it constantly stays raised all the time, block-free… or so is my understanding - but I agree with this:
There’s no such thing as a switch on or off for “enlightenment” - do it and poof now you’re enlightened.
I use taoist qigong not kundalini and this is not really a concept. It’s less a one and done than a constant process of improvement and understanding. Get far enough and you develop immortality, but you can still be human, make mistakes and let your emotions and ago get the better of you.
If you read the works of people who are supposed to be enlightened, like Gurdjieff, the teacher in Carlos Castanada’s work, Robert Munroe, or Patanjali - they are still very human and normal people. They meditate and they know things, and that have elite skills, but there’s not a defining “do that and reach this” it’s a spectrum of having knowledge and applying it as wisdom.
As far as I know you can become lower in vibration. For example when parasite attached to me because of poor lifestyle, addiction. But I heard that all experiences are gained, all experiences are stored in the consciousness, and after some lifetimes you never get addected or you handle it more quickly. In my theory you have to learn a lession in many situations until you get it in a stable manner. There is on this forum that a spirit said to a person that junk food will make you feel bad. Which means that the physical body can lower your level of how enlightened you are.
Of course. This isn’t what I say? The spectrum of knowledge, experiences about life is awarness, which is vibration. I imagine experiences as open gates in consciousness, which creates higher vibration.
You reach Ascent when you achieve Apotheosis. I personally am just enjoying the trip, the magick, the Work.
Achieving Apotheosis is less about becoming a god, and more remembering that I am not a man struggling to become a god, I am a god that successfully became a man.
Yeah, this is what the qigong model generically calls “blocks”, which can be due to a multitude of issues in any of the subtle bodies, emotional, mental, qi and physical. You can address the energy directly, bottom-up as it were, or you can address it at the level it’s in - shadow work for mental state and emotions, healing for the physical etc.
Once the lesson is learned you know why you had a block and you have cleared it. These can be from past lives not just this one, but in clearing those you help your other incarnations deal with it better as well.
In the Robert Munro book Ultimate Journey, his UPG is that the entire gestalt of incarnations together make up the higher self, and will all move on together to the next phase of the spiritual journey. Each only exists once and they sort of wait for each other within spacetime but not physical, until all incarnations are done, because it’s not whole if it’s missing any of them.
This means an individual incarnation could be ready on it’s own, but can be held back if some are stuck - as ghosts say, or lounging in some manufactured heaven or hell or doing something else they want to complete first.
This model then could view “enlightenment” as having met representative of your gestalt that are ready and waiting, getting thier advice and maybe doing astral travel to help your others to get unstuck.
So in my mind, there’s two different ideas in here that both get called ascending:
raising energy to gain siddhis
Gaining the astral travel skills to gain access to the info of the higher self
So raising kundalini once, could be a threshold - once you’ve done it you can do it again and you’ve proved to yourself it’s real.
Or,
Awareness of yourself as more than one incarnation of a being that already exists in spirit… maybe via at least one past life recall, or the “knowledge of the holy guardian angel” or evoking your higher self (or a rep, more like)

Generally I’m leery about letting other people 'splain to me what I should do, but here I agree, and I think this is a universal truth:
There is no other way.
Magick is just the physics of the physical and energetic levels of reality and how we interact with them. Modern physics is a tiny subset of hat’s possible, described withing very tight frameworks because we can’t do the maths otherwise. I have a physics degree, and they teach you very clearly - these calcs always and only wok with a given set of assumptions.
One of those assumptions, very importantly for magick users, or those with siddhis, is that the system is a) being observed and b) a “closed system” - meaning no manifestation from the Tao is allowed (or the maths is useless).
Physics around “zero point energy” (energy from the “ether” if you like) is coming out that is starting to realize this is why we have been so limited in our sciences, but it’s still an emerging field.
To put it another way, magick is a technology using energetic resonance, and accessing and transforming energy outside conventional spacetime. The instrument is the whole body including the spirit.
I am not familiar with actual vibration scales, but first off… be aware and wary of professional psychics especially if they have a fancy practice.etc. There’s a lot of tomfoolery when enough money to make a living gets involved . Be even VERY aware of them, when they tell you you’re special in terms of vibration, aura colors, ancestry and the likes. It’s usually followed by an extra special service they provide that’ll cost a little (or a lot) extra but promises some great reward even more of a red flag when they word it so it seems they are the only one that can help. It’s easy to get swept up in the joy and positivity of it and that will actually raise your energy and vibration naturally. But high vibritational and enlightened states are never permanent in this physical realm. However, you will clearly feel you’re in such a state. Nobody will need to tell you.
As to how, I can’t word it any more elegantly than @Correctional already did. I think this remembering goes for both mystics and LHP practicioners.

So, a closed system is a well defined concept and the maths hangs on taking this as assumed.
It means you already know all the matter and energy, where it is and how it will interact in advance, it’s all understood and controlled. Closed system - Wikipedia
Imagine e = mc2 (energy of a thing = it’s mass time the speed of light) - BUT where “e” can no longer rely on that equation to be true? What if the mass can magically change mid flight - meaning the particle morphs to something else? What if the kinetic energy - the speed it has - can change and it goes faster, teleports, or winks in our out of existence? What f something else can come in and change it that isn’t even in that equation? When the rules of physics are broken by magick manifesting new energy and matter out of the tao, (out of “nothing”), none of the old maths works any more.
Maybe there’s maths that describes how manifestation can happen in a regulated way?, but we don’t know that yet.
