A judge has made an order that unless the plaintiff pays a sum of money into my bank account by next week they will be prevented from defending a counterclaim.
I’ve worked with Zagan on this and my gut is telling me Zagan will help with thisbut I do get the feeling he might need some additional assistance. Is it worth asking Zagan again for help or is there any other assistance I can call on. Will Zagan feel insulted if I call on another entity to assist?
I need to ensure that the plaintiff does not try to pay me any money for 9 days direct into my bank account
Thanks @Mulberry i will use the search bar to see if I can add a binding to this.
Having done some divination I get the sense that a binding would be more successful since a forgetfulness spell is unlikely to work given that the other side had several lawyers taking notes.
Therefore a binding to attack the organisations ability to make the payment will assist
You could also try petitioning XaTuring to cause a technical malfunction to their payment system that will prevent any transactions from going through.
I adapted it because it’s an organisation and their logo is their name. I used the organisations logo and put an inverted pentagram over their logo. As I didn’t have my art supplies I used a photo editing app.
As for the chanting I used my astral temple to chant because I have people over currently. I’ll do my best to keep this updated.
I also spoke to Zagan as to why a more favourable outcome from the judge wasn’t forthcoming and the response I got back was this was the most favourable outcome we could get because this judge is naturally organisation/government friendly and it took an immense amount of power just to bend the judge against his natural inclinations
I summoned Xaturing and imagined the data worm infecting the plaintiffs data systems to prevent payment. I’m not sure if I got the binary right but it’s the intention that matters I suppose
Partial success. The plaintiff wasn’t able to pay but they got their attorneys to pay instead. Because the order was for the plaintiff to pay I didn’t think of binding the attorneys. You live and learn I suppose
