Yes. Dry fasting. I was using it to heal hypothyroidism, which it did, awesomely enough, but during on fast I felt a huge parasite leave that I hadnāt even known I had. The whole world suddenly looked brighter and I felt like a weight had come off my shoulders. I had starved it out.
