Practice NoFAP, listen to audio 2 - 3 times a day. Visualise the desired size for at least 68 seconds a day as clearly as you can.

Absolutely right. If youre not happy with yourself use magic to change it. This is where the bulk of magical work comes in. Shadow work, and self evolution. What is making us un happy is usually not what we think. That dissatisfaction as deep roots. Me pointing iut the shadow side to that magic is also magical advice.
Sometimes people do indeed steer others away from living according to their Will. Sometimes they see something we don’t, and are advising accordingly. Exposing the shadow side to the magical work is not demeaning. Its the major part of ones magical work.
Im not saying merely be happy as if it was that easy. Im alluding to a much deeper issue causing unhappiness. This work of rooting this out in ourselves will make us truly happy.
