Herbs that help improve mental health

I searched for herbs that help improve mental health on Google , but it showed me from a physical perspective, but I need herbs that have spiritual effects on the mind and destroy obsessive-compulsive disorder, by removing its causes, Or rather, by clearing the spirits that stand behind it. Is there any help?

Ayahusca has helped many people to improve their metal health. It can heal depression and help to process traumatic experiences, which can also trigger COPD. It is said to help much better than psychotherapy in some cases. I’m sure others here know of other herbs that could help you.

Morning glory (seeds) is another entheogen, but it’s very nauseating.

I also hear that commercial morning glory seeds are treated with a coating that makes them more bitter and more nauseating. You can read anecdotal accounts at the site “erowid” for details.

yes, that’s why I asked what others think about it, I also know that commercial seeds are covered with something and some cleaning procedure needs to be carried out, but this is the first time I hear that they are nauseating

Ashwaganda comes highly regarded. Easy to obtain because it’s a pretty popular supplement, too.

you dont think OCD is just a form of severe anxiety ?

The DSM identifies the signs and symptoms differently and they have different treatments. OCD causes anxiety, which is only one of many symptoms. Everyone can have anxiety, most people don’t have OCD.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) features a pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears known as obsessions. These obsessions lead you to do repetitive behaviors, also called compulsions. These obsessions and compulsions get in the way of daily activities and cause a lot of distress.

Ultimately, you feel driven to do compulsive acts to ease your stress. Even if you try to ignore or get rid of bothersome thoughts or urges, they keep coming back. This leads you to act based on ritual. This is the vicious cycle of OCD.

OCD often centers around certain themes, such as being overly fearful of getting contaminated by germs. To ease contamination fears, you may wash your hands over and over again until they’re sore and chapped.

If you have OCD, you may be ashamed, embarrassed and frustrated about the condition. But treatment can be effective.

It’s sometimes thought of as part of having CPTSD (Complex PTSD), if it’s been caused by severe abuse and trauma.
