Has anyone worked with Marquis Shax

For the purposes of getting better at manifestations, Shax is the 44th spirit in the Goetia he is said in the Goetia too help with giving or taking away, sight, understanding, and stealing from the houses of Kings. His positive attributes of giving things seems too fit very much with more modern ideas related too manifestation of different things

He’s very good at helping you know who your enemies are, even when they are using invisibility workings and/or trying to stay hidden. Works through clairsentience for me - you “get a hunch” and then you just have to watch the person and wait for them to reveal themselves by thier actions.

Interesting I do work with some other spirits who can also help with this sort of thing. But i have gotten very interested in Shax recently but none of my guides have said what exactly he would help me with.

He’s also good at removing self-illusion. The one who deals with lies deals with the lies you tell yourself too.

I used to be terrified of him cause of the whole loss of sight deal but he’s not that bad once you tame him

Binding The Goetia Journal

I am still in the process of setting up. In my meditation, I focused entirely on why I lie to myself. The reality of the answer is simple: I lie to myself because I try so hard to make things perfect. I want perfection. As a result of this, I tell myself, that none of my works be it spiritual, creative or physical will ever be good enough. That I consistently compare myself to others is another big aspect of my self-deceit. I tell myself, “I’ll never achieve what they’ve achieved” and as a result lose myself. As for the energy of Shax, even before I summon the marquis, it is quite intense. It feels more intense than Paimon’s energy. Maybe its because I stopped repressing Paimon many years ago that his energy is different to Shax’s. the energy of Shax feels stern, angry even as if this part of me is looking through my eyes and refuses to be accepted into my own being. I had been pondering and thinking on Shax’s energy for some time and it reminds me of “want you gone” in Portal 2. The Lyrics are like a duet.
