I dont know why its parasitical but lets assume becoz lets say even when i betted with friends in a badminton game , how playfull and firendly its goes usually turns around brining negative emtoions out like anger, trust breaking, hatred, nervous breakdown, blood flow clutters, abusing etc and in past it showed how it lead it to all out war

I think games between freinds is on a much less predatory level but also attract entities like vultures waiting for it to go bad so they can feed.
You can avoid the unwanted energy if you don’t care about winning and just enjoy the process, walk in with 100 dollars or whatever, and fully expect to spend it all (not “lose” it) as part of paying for your entertainment. There’s nothing then for the addictions to get triggered from.
But most people hate to lose, and love the dopamine kick on the win, and this sets you up for a spiral into making really bad decisions.
