How to ensure that the demons of the book Kingdom of Flames wont harm their summoner ?

Why would they do that?
Follow the instructions in the book, and keep your intention clear. Set up basic protections you will see in the Spiritual Hygiene collections thread.
If you are doing baneful magick, bear in mind that can backlash regardless of method and it’s not the spirits fault, it’s like attracts like.
Most of all, don’t be afraid, as you can manifest what you fear. If you’re to scared, don’t do this kind of magick, start with something you feel is safer. But there’s no really “safe” magic.
Basically, you are responsible for your own safely.

Just one extra example. One of them (Iadon) gives wealth and then takes more than that. So it depends how you look at that too. But you are warned beforehand clearly. I still think besides that extra example, that it depends on who contacts them.
There is danger- but not due to their hostility. Lots of people including Koetting report candles popping or even ‘exploding’ (interpret that how you will) when summoning from The Kingdoms of Flame. Fire acts up around these entities. Keep a fire extinguisher handy, have buckets of water nearby, soaked towels, ect.
If you don’t have crazy fire phenomena, great! But be prepared.

Ismalta for example. Is it safe to summon him and give him the task to destroy any person or force that stands in my path without naming a specific person ?

So, no. It’s not safe especially as the target is vague - this means your intention on who to attack is unclear. The energy will want to do somewhere, and if you miss it will either come back to you or people you know that maybe you didn’t want hurt
You are flinging the magickal equivalent of shit at people, take steps to try to make sure none of it hits you. It might splash on you anyway, but that is the risk you take doing baneful magick.
Set up protections on all your loves ones and pets as well, to help mitigate any backlash and target the curse better.
You might be better off looking for the positive outcome instead, such as a blessing on yourself like, “my path is smooth and not blocked” - and let the magick take care of how that happens. Still use protections though.

If you want to use the system in the book, you would make a copy of the Sorcerer’s Seal and wear it around your neck as a lamen. Next, you open the square of the kingdom of the specific spirit you are calling. Then, you summon the spirit in the name of the Grand Spirit of that kingdom.
