A spirit I’m working with wants me to do some energy meditations and synchronize my energies with his and offer him some energy during that meditation. But the thing is I don’t know how, so I’m asking you BALG community to help me figure out how to do this cuz I have no idea. I’ve never done that kind of stuff for a spirit.
