It would make sense then for the brain to adapt to compensate for the effects porn has on it though when dealing with the mental plane science has very little accurate information. Physically speaking those less effected would be more likely to reproduce and pass that down and mentally speaking eventually people in some generation will have developed enough overall that their minds are no longer susceptible. Of course I do have this theory that most of those that reach such mental competency are being weeded out from reincarnating here to slow down the spiritual evolution of humans but they would just go to a different time line or another species capable of sustaining them in that case and this particular instance the world is more a prison for humans that serve their time and move on to greener pastures in the infinite expanse of reality because at some point no one wants to come back except for cheap dirty fun or to take care of forgotten business.

These effects are on a very individual basis. Perhaps we should ban food? Because it has a negative effect on some people. Or for something not necessary to survival ban all transportation except walking? The people that are so drastically effected wouldnât advance anyways with or without because they would just latch onto some other addiction. They are incapable of resisting until they start to use their will to do so and that requires a certain level of growth and mental and spiritual mass to be reached which can take many lifetimes for some people.
Anti-social behavior and inability to bond might not even be negative as it seems the perception of which is based off of current culture. There are too many variables to measure and ultimately even if it somehow wipes humanity out there are many other time lines to resume in or other species to reincarnate into that are of similar levels of development so all it would do is eliminate one iteration that is not capable of survival under those circumstances.
I guess it comes down to whether you choose to view things on a larger scale of continuous advancement through many lifetimes or on the scale of singular lifetimes and generations where that is all you have and no continuous development past that one life.
