Dissecting meditation

My question is is bypassing the only component that is used for Magick I’m dissecting meditation to understand what components are Obsolete and what components are needed for Magick

I have looked at meditation as a whole I found that to be ineffective so that’s why I’m dissecting meditation to understand the small details

So what thing of meditation are needed for Magicka specifically?

Two things:

  1. The right brainwave state for you to be able to receive normally unseen information

  2. Ask questions. Meaning, set your intention for the meditation to be productive. Every meditation should have a goal.

Is it’s about brainwave does listening to theta waves theoretically also work?

I can help, but not very well. You need your OWN brainwaves in that state, and listening to music may not get you there.

Listening to binaural beats, which plays a different tone into each ear over headphones is proven to help regulate brainwave patterns, as researched by the Monroe Institute. You can get them free on youtube, but many “binaural beats” on youtube are fake and not actually binaural beats, they’re just grifting, so watch the reviews and use your discernment.

Personally I don’t use binaural beats, I use a Shamanic journey drumming tape where the beat is the right frequency and rely on myself to follow the beat into trance, or I beat my own (physical) drum.

Does my mind need to be silent to meditate? and do I need to be relaxed? because that is not really a option for me I’m an intj so I’m making a plan to lessen that problem

No, there are specific meditations for that, must most meditations need you to be thinking about something - like I said, you have to have a goal, and set your intention. No-mind, such as in Zen Buddhist meditation is a thing but that’s not the only way.

Meditation, means to concentrate on something - a mental exercise. Even if that something is nothing.

Yes. TOO MUCH tension in he muscles blocks energy flow. But you do want some, to not be so relaxed you fall asleep. It’s best to meditate sitting up.

W e Butler once said in one of his books “if a person cannot meditate on a busy street corner, it is unlikely he’ll be able to properly meditate”.

Ok but if I’m thinking about thing’s leads to feelings and for me feelings leads to not being relaxed that is my loop like for example I evoked marchosias had awnsers felt like I had a ok connection the second deck I started to doubt and I felt that the connection got lost I felt no intuitive awnsers anymore

You would simply acknowledge the feeling, step back from it and see it as a thing passing through, a thing you have, not what you are and it doesn’t have to be acted on or drive you.

Before you even start getting deeper into trance, see in the astral next to you a box.

This works because you are not trying to dismiss or belittle yourself, you are just saying, as you would to a child, “not now, we’ll do that later”.

So here, you can notice the doubt, let it be ok, put it in the box and refocus back to Marchosias. Analyses for why you had the doubt can be done later in a normal-consciousness mind state.
