So do I need to have the sigil or something on paper or can I just recite the thing while looking at it from my phone. Or better yet draw it on my hand so I can summon him at any time lol

Research is always advised, and yes figure out what you would like to ask before hand. Lucifer is patient and generally kind, but it’s respectful to be prepared.
