As I’m out DoorDashing I noticed a Ram skull in the clouds being shined on by the moon, & I believe it’s Baphoment calling out to me. I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide advice for me please as to I’m not sure how to answer or when to answer as I’m not alone either…Could someone also provide me a little knowledge about his powers as well.

The Baphomet was not originally an actual entity, it is a masonic teaching illustration about the alchemical marriage of opposites… and it’s got a goats head not a rams?
Well in any case it got taken a bit literally and has become an egregore. It’s not sovereign in my opinion so it’s unlikely it was that it had the initiative to reach out. 
The general consensus in the occult is mixed through, and lots of people work with it.

There’s some of entities associated with Rams though… I’m thinking Hellenistic maybe, or Egyptian… they ha a couple of ram headed gods.

That’s a nice feeling! My own practice goes in spurts and I think that’s fine to do as you feel guided. Keeps it fresh.
