Attaining the Vehicle/Mounts of the Gods

As we know, many deities are associated with having mounts, especially in the hindu tradition. For example, Shiva rides on a bull. Vishnu rides an eagle type of entity known as Garuda. Apollo rides a solar chariot of horses.

How does one go about attaining an animal or a “mount” or a vehicle? Has anyone attained it? Is there a way to go about doing it?

This seems like some archetype god pose, and wearable egregore thing.

I have not heard of this concept before or seen it in Hindu practices, and the term mounting reminds me of possession in the ATRs, where you are supposed to be possessed by the spirits.

Either way it seems like you are liking yourself to an inanimate object or animal, that an entity can mount and control, and it doesn’t seem healthy for the inexperienced.

I second @Bruho, and I have done something related. I created a servitor that is like sentient armor, in my case styles after the power armor from the Warhammer 40k fantasy universe.
He’s is called Amos and I wear him, and we go fuck shit up as one.

You could so something like that. Here is a free tutorial one of our members made, but there are a few books on the subject.

Thank you so much! You mentioned there are a few books on the subejct. Do you have any recommendations?

I personally don’t, because the tutorial and making-it-up-as-I-go works for me, but if you try the search for “book servitor” you’ll see posts where people talk about the books they use.

I have read “Magickal Servitors by Damon Brand”, it looks good, and I have to say ‘‘looks” because I haven’t tried it yet.
