Simplicity needs to translate less into least effort and into essential element with impact.
Sigil gazing is an easy way to connect without much fuss. Simply stare into the sigil of the spirit you wish to call for until you feel yourself enter what is called Alpha state. Alpha is a minor trance state and most ritual work occurs here. Once you feel comparable as to sitting on your couch and reading a book for an hour or so, you’ll know you’re there.
If you’re trying to work with a spirit that doesn’t have a sigil, then you’ll need to look for some kind of enn to work with or potentially create a small altar. Sometimes you’re really only left with the option of visualization in meditation to attract a spirit.
The most basic setup I can think that would work for most cases is a hand drawn sigil and maybe just a candle to light it up. As for what you’d be saying, you need to focus on setting your intent as clearly as possible with no room for question. Clear, detailed intent will go a lot further than I think most realize.

Draw the respective spirit’s sigil and memorize their enn. Bathe and meditate before going at it too, you’ll feel a lot more confident.
Stare at the sigil and recite their enn until you enter trance. I tend to visualize that my surroundings are becoming darker the deeper I go in. Typically a sigil will “glow” aka your eyes will double slightly and this is usually a fine sign that you’ve made connection. I then lay the sigil on the floor in front of me and continue reciting the enn, and in between chants I’ll say “____ I call you to me”.
From here, you’ll feel the presence growing stronger. Closing your eyes and imagining that their figure is standing from the sigil is also good. At this point of strong connection is when you make whatever demands you’re after.
Trying to name a “most powerful spirit” is difficult because I use specific spirits for different things. If you compare reverence to power, especially in this forum, I’d have to be between Asmodeus or Bael. Within the shapeshifter realm anyways.

So after the sigil flashes you can just close your eyes imagine the spirit and chant its name and it will come?

Technique is the vessel of intent. If you don’t have intent then nothing will happen.

I have clairvoyantly detected a constant multitude off misses on a desired manifestation for 5 years now. {Like experiencing parallel realities and being let down by them not manifesting in my current conscient reality}
Within the last several months the intervals of these visions and accompanied experiences {dejavu, anticipation, etc} has greatly slowed down to just one single foresighted outcome however I continuingly misjudge its timing.
{Whereas the previous failed outcomes the timing has been precise and parallel events have occurred right at the specific times I had predicted but with different overall outcomes, however this one seems to just push itself out farther with small signs that it will infact occur just not when I expect, although at times I have my doubts on account of all the other failed manifestations I have been experiencing}
I feel as though it would also be worth noting that prior to these visions for several years I lived in a permanent state of absolute dread and amnesia of a very undesirable negative outcome which diminished yet lingered up until the last few months.
Also within this time frame I have been increasingly capricious and moody.
After typing this out I almost feel like I have my own answer, but could this be my subconscious battling with itself in attempt to avoid from lusting for results of the original intent or could my own uncertainty and apathy be conflicting with the causality manifesting these complete misses rather than the original desire?

Honestly it could be a mix of either. If you’re confident in your clairvoyance regarding these parallel shifts then simply keep refining and keep practicing it.
It sounds like maybe you’re focusing on too much at once which would be a probable sum to such negative feelings at the time of mention. Like you’re sort of off balance but only just enough to throw you off and not your entire stream of focus. Also note that knowledge and depression aren’t really a healthy mix.
I’d suggest meditation and Mudras to re-balance your mind and regain that structure that you may be missing that’s causing such negative emotions. Maybe attempt to interact with these visions after you enter meditative states and see what’s possible. Make sure though to keep yourself and your space clean to avoid any unwanted interactions.
This question I think would be the best for you to answer through your own discovery. Maybe you simply do not know what you truly want and you’re subconsciously second guessing yourself, or maybe there’s something blocking your way spiritually/emotionally that is preventing you from being able to predict things on just the right time frame. Especially if this event is very important to you, I could see how a handful of causes like that may be interfering.
Frankly it’s too many maybe’s to be totally confident in any answer I give, but it does seem like you’re shifting towards the right place in order to get the timing you need.

Thank you so much this definitely resonated with me and helped me confirm some things for sure.
I do pretty intense workouts and tantric yoga usually outside and just read a fitness manual {as well as some esoteric works} from an infamous regime that states according to their fitness regulations; all exercise must be done outside when permitted and in the colder months when exercising indoors to keep the space well ventilated and clean of dust for both cardiovascular reasons as well as spiritual.
Lately it’s gotten too cold for my regular routine and just did a major deep clean of my indoor space after reading this. Going to put up some wards while I am at it then start meditating in this area as well as maybe do an outdoor ritual Tuesday night in the woods a pyre would be ideal if I can manage to find a suitable spot that wouldn’t result in negative consequences. {I had an amazing one last year when I still had my home with the fire pit}

I usually make my sigils using paper and pieces of old cardboard boxes that I had stored away. Lately, I’ve run out of boxes, but I found a bunch of cardboard scraps that would be perfect for me. It’s not much, but it’s a good supply. The problem? I found them in the trash. Even if I disinfect them, do you think the spirits will be offended by their origin?
hi, i know this is pretty old, but i was wondering if it’s okay to throw away a sigil after you’re done with it because i have really strict religious parents who would probably kick me out.

If the intent is done I see no issue. After I commune and bind a goetic spirit, they usually tell me to burn the sigil after the operation.

I honestly would assume that they wouldn’t necessarily care as long as you treated every other portion of the ceremony with as much attention to detail as possible. I’ve only ever used paper

Yes throwing away a sigil is fine as long as you verbally close it. Just look at it and declare that the work is finished.
