This thread may be overkill for what you want to do.
My suggestion, is if you can get the book Jinn Magic by Corwin Hargrove, that has a very reliable and safe method for getting the Djinn to help you, by approaching the Djinn Kings first. The instructions re very clear and complete, and all you need is a candle, and to know very clearly what you want.
I have used this a handful of times, and had success every time. I personally have not tried the methods above so I cannot speak to those. I would call myself a beginner in Sufi magick for this reason.

About 20 minutes maybe. You do not need to fast, prepare yourself with long cleansings or bathe beforehand either.

Please be aware that djinn are NOT “genies.” They are powerful beings who have a reputation for being difficult to work with and are not generally recommended for beginners.

I don’t remember actually. I think you’re going to need to read the instructions carefully anyway, but I read them from my phone regardless and it still works.
