Amplifier or..?

Hi all . I was zoned out and began thinking about my younger mage days , before I had real access to the internet and its plethora of resources , terms and conditioning .

I recalled times to where , under certain conditions and certain situations ( especially situations with high stress ) I would unconsciously pull emotions up from the lower part of my body to the middle of my sternum .

This would cause the emotion to become 10x stronger , and my energy body and aura would grow and strengthen temporarily until I exhausted my system , which ended in me eating and sleeping for long periods of time .

When I started to understand that I was unknowingly manipulating my own energy , I started experimenting . Instead of an emotion , I used the ambient energy around me and this time with intention, pulled the energy to the middle of my chest/sternum .

It activated a surge of energy throughout my system , like I had tapped into something “locked” . It temporarily fired up my system, but in a more comtrolled manner . Does anyone have an explanation to this? Kinda weird that I forgot about it.

I’s say you instinctively cultivated qi. You have an energy storage center in the solar plexus called the middle dan tian in the Chinese qigong model, and this is connected to every meridian in your body, making more energy available.

Eating and sleeping also generate qi for you automatically. You can do it on purpose every day and store qi to build higher qi generally and use it more, e.g. for healing, or self protection.

Interesting , inside solar plexus? I thought the MDT was a bit higher like in the chest cavity?

There’s some pics here, but it isn’t a small point - it should fill your whole chest when it’s developed. So you have a lot of wiggle room. Energy follows mind and qi is sentient - it does where it’s needed. In tis case you were cultivating so it was needed in an accessible location.
