A god/goddess to help get a good job?

Hi everyone, hope you all are doing well.
So does anyone know a god or goddess from any pantheon that is associated with work, job, or that could help me get a job?
I appreciate any suggestions :slight_smile:

Depending on the job, if you see it as trade Mercury/Hermes is the god of traders, financial gain, commerce, eloquence, messages, communication, travelers, boundaries.

If your going for god/godesses if you come across a god or archetype that matches your request, my best tip is to invoke rather than evoke or summon. Youll take in its qualities and you can fuel its essence into your goals for finding a job. Thats just my opinion though. I think it would be an easier connection and better results for your needs.

I agree with Mulberry, Hermes is good Deity to approach for your situation and for his qualities.

Hermes is perfectly capable of getting a job for someone (who applies to jobs), but there is also a nice alternative in Brand’s “The magickal job-seeker”.

If you go with Hermes, expect some mischief to happen around, nothing serious, just his specific brand of humor.

I would also work with Jupiter/Jove/Zeus.

In Jason Miller’s book Financial Sorcery, he has a specialty glyph channelled from Jupiter for finding a job.

Danu in lunar aspect, to help with Change, Ogmah from Mercury to help in the industries, Brigidh or Cernunnos for material manifestation.

Ganesha, Lugh or Hermes as mentioned above.

Believe it or not, Freya and Skadi are good for this too

Venesuian and Jupiter spirits too. Maybe Saturnian ones for breaking obstacles.

Shem angels can help as well. For example, I called on Kevakiah and Mendial today. Two people quit, and one specialty of the two angels is to help retain employment.

There is also the “permission” of wealth. This is just my own UPG, but I think that if a person has struggled with money all of their lives, they have to go to someone for permission to get more. Believe it. Or not. I don’t give a fuck, but after my ritual of permission to Hades last year I’ve been making more money, and recently way more opportunities have come around.

First time I was asked for an offering, but I was told how to do it.

Well I’d like a job as receptionist in some hotel, cause I have experience so it would be easy to get also I enjoyed worked that way. I suppose that is commerce right? Thanks :slight_smile:

Got it. But I feel that to get a job luck is also a thing to take in consideration, if I take in their qualities I could become quite qualified to any job, but I still couldn’t get any interviews, I think this would work better for a job interview, to give confidence and say the right things, but I’m not getting not even interviews :slightly_frowning_face: but I appreciate the advice. Thanks.
