Will petitioning or opening the seal/sigil of a shem angel and asking/commanding with the power of one’s godself to bind a Goetic demon to my task work?

Probably. Why not just as the Angel to do the work, or ask the Goetic entity directly, and skip the middle man?

There could be so many reasons for that, but the Solomonic method is rather more strident and aggressive. I would just ask the Goetic entity himself rather than have someone else ask him, which kinda looks weak, and they don’t like that. Then as it if it will do the work and what the blocks are.

I have asked the Goetic demons first, after they failed (or didn’t bother) manifesting my curse, I asked my friend. My friend said he was friends with Andras, so he evoked him and asked on my behalf. Andras sweetly replied “Yes” just as sweetly he replied to me, but never manifested his curse

Funnily my 
divination reveals that neither demon nor angel shall willingly perform my curse, due to my relations with their heads, namely Yahweh and Lucifer are bad.
I have to look for other currents of power other than the JCI, and in the meanwhile keep commanding angels and demons
I have the same thing with the book Angels of Wrath, where nothing happens and I don’t sense any wrath happening. 
I did the same and stopped spending time on that method.
I would add as a precaution, to make sure your intention for the outcome is clear and really well visualised, see and feel what it would be like to have the manifestation now, as if it’s happening now, and avoid thinking about any frustration that the current state still exists.
After that maybe try the Jinn in Corwin Hargoves Jinn Magic book, I’m finding them to be very reliable.

I got the book just now, moved over to the Wound with Fury, and I hestitated a bit with Tzadkiel present in the ritual but my clair cognizance said it was okay, then I performed the ritual, there were real visions and all the power felt pouring through the universe to manifest my vengeance.
There is some orb hovering over my head right now, which sort of formed out of the energy blastswhich crossed my body, but it’s not feeling pleasant but I fail to remove it. What went wrong? What might be the orb?
Hecate can be petitioned to give you authority over Angels and Daemons. A lot of people uses her power in substitution for YHWH.

i think if you dont get results , commanding in the solomonic way is wise but make sure after commanding the spirits you protect yourself against the influence of any spirit and even command an angel or ask them to protect yourself against spirits using other people to harm you or do damage you , because the spirit can get angry and decide to use other people to harm you , i was thinking about doing the same thing because what is happening to you , is also happening to me , where i ask the spirit to do something for me and they dont do , and i am asking things that are easy to manifest and they can do
Being friends with Andras sounds like quite a strange dynamic. But jokes aside, sometimes his curses are more internally destructive. You may not see the damage being done but so long as there’s no barriers to it, it should work.
If not you should do some preliminary work like finding why the curse won’t work and seeing if they’ve got any protections and working to cut them off from those first. Worst case just petition a different being.

Do you want to work with them or you want to command goetic demons , trust me bro , demons are far more ancient than angels , you should ask directly to goetic spirits if you want them to do something for you , i would never recommend you to command any spirit
