It’s not just you. Job hunting is the worst. Some companies take months to respond. But keep at it, and you’ll get a job eventually.

Write out 1 page resumé. (Search for free templates) Include your expertise, education and achievements.
If you need interview suggestions it is best to sit for an interview to see or go through some questions online.
Showcase and highlight your best projects in your cover letter. Makse sure to write how their company would benefit after they hire you.

Update your resume, reach out to a resume building company that will design it for a specific job. Get a new suit for interviews. Haircut and the likes.

I’m applying for IT, which is my field of study…
I hate to say it, but these days getting a job is all about who you know and not about your resume. I hear so many resumes just go in the trash can before anyone looks at them. Not that you shouldn’t get a resume and send it out, but please don’t rely on that for your job search or you could be at it for years and get no where.

All the advice given was great. I just want to add that we’re in the middle of a pandemic, so it may be hard to find a job for just about anyone, regardless of resume, skills etc.
I’m sure if you keep at the search, polish up the resume and interviewing skills, you’ll find something.
As far as magick…Call on an entity to help as well, or perform a ritual, create a talisman, etc. Whatever you need to do to feel the spiritual push. Good luck

One more warning to people trying “get a job” magick. If demons don’t want to “get you or someone else a job” they can just punish you for even asking for it. So be sure they are ok with helping you before demanding it out of them like some over hyped up Solomonic Magician.

Before they call for interview they see your resumé and cover letter. I am talking about Upwork. And most of them ask for work experience.
From where do you hear all that?
Then get on LinkedIn. Start connecting with different people.

Why Linkedin? I never met anyone worth while in Linkedin. It was so bad, I deleted my account. I got tired of talking to people who couldn’t even spell my name right and stretched the truth over the horizon.

I’m in HR and same boat here It has been almost impossible getting a new job even upgraded to LinkedIn Premium and not even one interview. I’m doing some planetary magick to see if I can get out of this, but totally agree LinkedIn has become useless
Then Indeed and other job search sites is useful. Getting work at Upwork would be good idea. Then create a website to promote your work. Some people got hired just by doing that. I am talking about a indie game developer who uploaded his first game on Steam and he got a job and he has no coding experience.
But you need to find recruiters in LinkedIn. But i too think its getting useless day by day as employees are joining but no employers.
Have you talked with people whose profile looks like recruiter.
Linkedin is still better for some B2B but you need to weed out some profiles.
Premium just helps in getting email addresses i think.
But whatever it is; CV or Resumé is very important. Your CV would go into trash if you write more than 2 pages. 1 page CV with all skills and contact details and then emailing to all recruiters is helpful in getting jobs. And i see everywhere to upload CV.
They also forget that we can punish them too. We are god and they must obey.
