I have a question, do you know who is Baron samedi, he showed up in my dreams a few days ago
Well, I haven’t come across that name in the Yoruba tradition , I know Baron Samedi is a major spirit of Haitian Vodou, not Yoruba/Ifá; he is the lwa of death, the cemetery, and the crossroads between the living and the dead.
In Yoruba our gods are called Òrìsà and he isn’t part of our Yoruba pantheon.
But he is a powerful ancestral/cemetery spirit who governs death, graves, and sometimes healing near death.
So you may want to use that to assess why you may have had that dream? If that helps. Or ask the question to him right before bed and see what shows up in your dreams.

Question, what is the difference between Baron Samadhi and Papa Legba?
Papa Legba is a gateway spirit while Baron Samedi is necromantic.
