After reading multiple threads and practicing i under stand now what people are talking about.
But waiting for the fog to clear is my stuck point what does some one do when waiting for the fog to clear do you project the image on the mirror i understand that’s called an astral matrix but when you use it after the fog goes away because that’s were im at, i must be miss understanding some thing.
