ok i think i get it when you think of a spirit you will get a mental image of where it is in the room so you should look directly at the faint image as you go deeper in to trance to fully evoke it em i wrong any where?

and with a mirror a made a post i wonder what you think.

White Fog

After reading multiple threads and practicing i under stand now what people are talking about. But waiting for the fog to clear is my stuck point what does some one do when waiting for the fog to clear do you project the image on the mirror i understand that’s called an astral matrix but when you use it after the fog goes away because that’s were im at, i must be miss understanding some thing. r
