Corwin Hargrove’s book Demons of Deception has a range of rituals specifically for this (and similar) purposes. I have it but haven’t had cause to employ it as yet so I can’t offer an opinion on effectiveness, but it may be worth you taking a look

The Demon in the mirror, ( oneself ), as “silence is golden”. Do not offer anything that might reveal the secret to anyone. Including your thoughts, words, physical objects, writings, phone, computer, etc.

Balaam. He Can either bring you recognition from people or hide things about you from them. He’s exceptionally skilled in such.
