Carlos Santana, not so much lhp but i enjoyed his interview
Jay Z likes Crowley I think
Black sabbath is an interesting one too. Their lyrics talk about reincarnation, god and the occult. They also talk about a 5th member of the band in one of their interviews who is described as dark shadowy figure.
Awesome, didn’t know. I’ll take a listen ty
I didn’t even think of him, but yes where he was raised there were alot of occult type beliefs, and I am almost positive he is into it. Consider his album Abraxas
I think it is mainly Tony Iommi
Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden is definitely an occultist. His best of album cover has the sigil of Asatroth on it.
A frater Xavier viewer?
Of course!
Marilyn Manson as a tattoo of Lucifer so I’m pretty sure he’s into the Occult. Or at least thats what I guess, and are you a fan of star Wars? Christopher Lee the actor who plays Count Dooku is intro the occult I remember this 1 guy asked him “is it true you have a large collection of occult books?” And Christopher said yes but he also urged the fact that “you could lose your mind.”
Most people in the music industry are into the occult and are slowly becoming more open about it over time. Those who openly reveal their connection to the occult from the start include Travis Scott and Lil Uzi Vert.
In Lil Uzi Vert’s music video for “Demon High,” if you slow it down from 0:55, you will see the sigil of Leviathan on the red lockers and other symbols, followed by the sigil of Marbas.
Before releasing his album Utopia, Travis Scott desperately wanted to perform a concert at the Pyramids of Giza as his final show. Out of all possible locations, he chose there. Why? Because he is known to harvest the energy of his concert-goers for his benefit.
The Great Pyramids of Giza are one of the world’s locations where energy vortexes exist, thus amplifying the energy for his album’s manifestation.
He was denied permission to perform after complaints from the people of Egypt about his rituals, and the authorities in Egypt also refused him.
There are thousands of articles and videos documenting this.
David Bowie has never hidden his interest in knowledge in Qabbalah and Aleister Crowley since the 70’s. I think he even admitted practicing Kabbalah based black magick for a little while in an interview. Calling it something like “a coke driven trap he fell into”
Kate Bush… I don’t think she even has to subtly hint about it for it to be glaringly obvious, but listen to the song “Lily” if you want to be sure.
Adam ‘Nergal’ Darski has made damn sure he is now a Polish celebrity ![]()
He’s a Satanist, Thelemist, he won 2 out of 3 court cases for blasphemy in Poland as part of his life’s mission to go to war with Christianity and the oppressive influence it has.
I strongly suspect Tobias Forge from the band Ghost (You know, from the TikTok rage a little while ago) might just be a tiny little bit into occultism.
I think it’s even more interesting that in the music scene that is my tribe (metal). Occultism is a pretty basic theme, yet the musicians that actually practice are rare. Yet, Apart from a few examples given before in this topic that hint about it the American way (shouting it in your ear, while slapping a sigil in your face) In the mainstream scenes it’s very present yet all very hidden and not even vaguely symbolic, but functional.
Yeah Kate Bush definitely has a High Magick phase around 1990.
Otherwise she feels pretty a natural channeller without the all “”“”“academic esoteric knowledge”“”“”. When you listen to her talking anout how she composes a song, she says she tries to connect to the essence of the characters, and a lot of the them are otherworldly.
Check her interviews talking about how she portrayed Katherin in Wathuring High.
She’s fairy woman to me.
Yes, exactly my feeling too about Kate Bush.
I was pretty surprised to hear her hint at the LBRP in that song, since she doesn’t have that high magick vibe to me. Not like Bowie does at least.
Turns out it’s about a friend of her that taught her to see angels in a completely different light and that made total sense to me.
Now that I think of it. Aurora kind of has a similar vibe, only a bit more “bubbly”. I’m pretty sure Aurora is more fairy than human.
Maybe she’s a changeling? ![]()
Believe it or not but i exactly look like Aurora and i happen to get interested in fay folk too ahhaha
I have a sneaking suspicion that Anya-Taylor Joy practices some form of witchcraft. I watched some of her older interviews talking about manifesting being scouted but she speaks in such a way about it. And then listening to her talk about herself in general kind of gave me this vibe that I was listening to someone who dabbles in the occult in some way.
Mother mother’s music video for Get Out the Way basically confirmed it. Plenty of sigils flashing and the visuals too
Jimmy Page is a lifelong Thelemite.
As for others, it isn’t hard to tell. The ones who are really in it have a certain vibe you can’t hide.
Others hire the work out for them, and still others use it more as a gimmick or conversation piece.
A lot of people believe a lot of stuff. More power to them.
Unless a person goes public with their practice, it’s kind of poor taste to out them. Outing pracs can cost them money and careers, and some countries will ban them from visiting or performing based on a reputation. So yeah, don’t do that to them.
Others don’t give a fuck and will tell you openly what they do. If they admit it, there’s no harm in noticing that because they already cop to it.
Makes sense.
I know Adam Jones and Danny Carrey of Tool are as well (they’re pretty open about it though).
