Where are all the laws of magic like the law of attraction, law of assumption, law of reversed effort etc (I don’t know any other laws I wish to know) listed and explained? Are there any ways to bypass or manipulate these laws?
The number one and only law is the will of the magician, everything else should be seen as beneath it.

These are from different traditions and philosophies, and they may or may not overlap and be speaking to the same underlying observations. I’m not aware of a consolidated collection of these maxims.
For example, the Law of Reversed Effort was coined by E.A. Koetting and is unique to him. “Like attracts like” is from hermetics.
I suggest you get a copy of the Kybalion which has a list of laws for all magick and see if that resonates with you. It’s a very short book and pretty cheap. You might be able to find it’s contents fee online as it’s in the public domain.
You can predict all this when you understand that its ALL based on energy. A basic understanding of physics concepts like resonance, frequency, and maths like the golden mean, maybe some Pythagorean concepts will stand you in good stead.

I didn’t address this - well, yes. Here’s the thing, all the laws are wrong. What they are is not “laws” in the sense of rules that cannot be changed. They are more like models of the observed common reality and how it works.
The entire point of a model, is to allow you to make predictions that help you navigate reality. But every model comes with a base set of assumptions for the framework under which it works. Change the assumptions and the model stops working and you need another one.

For example, assuming the velocity of a particle is the speed of light in a vacuum, you can calculate it’s energy as E = mc2 where c is that speed of light. If the velocity is not c, then that equation will not give you the correct answer.
We are limited beings, we cannot perceive most of reality. Our models are based on that limitation. Most of the time, they work and we are bound by them. They might as well be laws.
But you can overcome these limitations through meditation, eventually raising kundalini or developing the light body and gaining Siddhis. Siddhis are all about overcoming the limitations to use a different model of reality. Gaining Siddhis is very hard, and most people who try will not do it. But it’s not impossible.

Laws In magic I never heard of such thing and don’t following any laws and will never follow any laws I have no master I make reaility bend to my will that is what magic is about
