I’ll add to the list as I find them. The treasure room has all kinds but I have to go through it… I’m sure there are other kinds of gems mixed in.
Some fun ideas: a guide on chaos magic, and developing systems, a guide to undoing, hacking/changing energy patterns, spirits and spells, sharpening psychic skills like psychometry or astral projection, godform dynamics, developing mindfulness and self-discipline, tributes to specific spirits and their many different aspects, a book of random rituals (the more diverse the source, the better, if you can get the sEcReT stuff even better), egregore-making, and magical math (sacred geometry and numerology).
‘Focused on the eternal’ in what respect, ie preparing for death, inner alchemy, something else?

Could you clarify what you mean by ‘ascend further than the astral’ so I have a better idea what you’re talking about? And what you mean by ‘what comes next’?
