You can make a pact, but you don’t need to and it’s not advised when you are new and without building a relationship first. As in, build the skills to get info from her directly and know that she’s ok with it and will accept it. Use search to look up posts about this.
The selling your soul thing is a mainstream fiction that comes out of medieval folklore: it’s not like that. You can’t sell what you don’t own.
Eh. You can ask anything, but for some things you’d be wasting your time… Ask her for things that are within her speciality, also called offices, and ask for things for which there is a path to manifestation.

As Mulberry already pointed out you can work with Lilith without making a pact.
If however you are interested in making a pact, Ive always found this article helpful in understanding what its about and dispelling false preconceived notions about pact making.
