I keep getting attacks on my throat and head pressure on the left side , around a certain person , I feel like this thing or person is trying to control and hurt me idk if it’s a attack curse or parasite all insight will be appreciated.
Just being around someone who is energetically compromised can influence others negatuveky if they don’t have proper protections. I would start examining there - with your wards and shield, are they in good condition, etc.
It could also be that they are attacking you, previous advice still stands in that case also.

Usually for me, energy in the throat is indicative of an entity trying to communicate with you through your own voice as that’s where the throat chakra is located.
If you suspect parasites, your best bet is cleansing banishing and warding your space

Divination shows its an repeating attack, so you can destroy the sorcery sent towards you by others by angels or demons and send them back an attack so they may pause further attacks.

When was the last time you won a witch war like that? Have you ever been in one?
You don’t want to just slap back that just escalates it - you bind the enemy to stop them working against you and fix your protections first, and end what they started.

This is what i usually do when people send attacks, and i dont usually send single attack but multiple attacks in return. So literally at the end they will not be able to cause trouble to anyone.
As you said its not suitable for all. Better to go defensive methods in the early stages.
