It is the Qliphoth and Sephiroth and they’re not for beginners.
Below are the rites for initiating yourself through the ten spheres of the Qliphoth.
The only advice I would give would be to do them in order.
No candles or anything needed, just say these rites in quiet place, and say them with intent.

Since I’ve gotten into more “traditional” magick, I’ve been very anxious to get into Qliphothic work. I am, however, very wary of getting in over my head… So, I’d like to ask, if you were to make a complete checklist of things/skills/etc needed before delving into Sitra Ahra, what would that checklist look like?

I’ve been informed that I need to study the Qlippoth and work with this current, however, I need to know the Sephiroth well before stepping into this current
