What do you want to do? This is like asking, what can I do on Earth. Every place, every time, every book you never read, every movie, game, daydream are all in the astral, it’s git everything from the mind of man (and every other being with a mind) recorded. take a move - you can watch the movies, or you can go live in movie and talk to the characters. You can visit places you can’t physically get to, just because other beings know it exists.
Very importantly you can explore your own psyche and know more about yourself, just by visualizing it as a big house with the front door also being the base of your skull.
The best training for astral work, imo, is the Gateway Experience Tapes from the Munroe institute. You can look up videos of people in trance reporting back what they see, and tat gives you an example, as do he books of Robert Munroe.

Thank you mod. Lately I’ve been tripping over time travel or remote viewing - but the past like 70-80 era.
Also if there are other mirror planets or parallel worlds wherein it’s the 30s with same events and people as on earth, and history will be unfolding there as it did for us. Idk if astral would show or reveal such worlds
I think you could view that if you provide the right instruction to your subconscious to target the event, location or people you want to see carefully.
