@Barbara I suggest you work with entities or an entity who can help you with self-confidence and discipline, and also possibly healing as @anon10524665 suggested (I don’t know your situation, but this aspect might be useful).
Other than that, losing weight is 100% a result of your eating habits unless you have some health condition. It’s important to find a diet that works for you, which is why the run-of-the-mill diet tips might be complete rubbish for your metabolism. Some general things like avoid refined sugar, less carbs etc are probably ok for everyone, but you have to learn to read your body’s signals and understand what really benefits you.
Regular exercise (that can also mean taking long walks in the park, you don’t have to start a fitness regime) can do wonders. Stay away from processed food as much as you can, because this will also help you with the development of your ”psychic senses“ in order to communicate better with spirits.
Just be sure to discern weight of muscles from water, from fat, to bones. Sometimes its not so clear. I also read some fat can develop around organs not be easily seen. In cases of self help i’m trying to steer away from suggestions since i am my own mess as well with certain things. Demons? Theres probably aid and maybe youll find one.
There’s a lot more to it than that. I’ve been on every diet under the sun. Healthy eating, calorie counting. Working out non stop. With literally zero results. Nothing seems to work.
diets don’t work. It’s also mindset. And some fasting too. Its not about calorie counting either. Look into info from fitness trainers and body builders. They know a lot more info about losing and gaining muscle. Science is there. It works for everyone. If it’s zero results, then your doing something wrong. Any method should get some results. forward or backwards.
As many experts in fitness tell you. It’s 80-90% about food intake of certain kind. You have to understand the body’s function to be healthy not system of losing weight. It’s a lifestyle. Most often it has to do with gut issues of not absorbing nutrients. Too much toxins already in body so it don’t function right. If it’s not getting proper nutrients then the body will store fat.
As I said diets & healthy eating. I have worked with trainers and body builders. I’ve gotten very minimal results. Done fasting. It’s helped some. I’ve got plenty of muscle and endurance. Used to be able to do 10k trail runs in 45 min. And was alternating that every other day with swimming for an hour. At one point I was working out 8 days a week couple of hours at the gym, 3 times a week with a personal trainer than a 3 mile run after work. I’ve done Insanity numerous times. I know about nutrion. I’ve had a clinical nutrionist before. My body refuses to leave the 130-140 area. Body fat is 25%.
Has a medical doctor diagnosed you with a dysfunctional endocrine system? How are your thyroid hormone levels?
If they are normal, then it absolutely is a matter of eating more calories than you are burning. That is 100% of the factor on your weight on the scale. Accurately measuring intake and output (using weights, not volume like “cups” or “teaspoons”) is all most people will need to do.
Everything else, exercise, weight lifting, “healthy eating”, effects how that weight is distributed on your body. It does not effect how much weight exists.
Only a dysfunction in your body could cause you to always store energy as fat, but never allow your body to access that stored energy. If you have never spoken to a physician about this, then you should do that. If there is a dysfunction, then your plan for weight management may look different and involve medications.
Idk insurance is a luxury item. I have a medical weight loss doctor at the moment. Seems to help some. But is expensive asf. Thyroid is fine. Been there done that. I’m on testosterone, I know it contributes. But this has been an on going issue. I’ve also cut calories back to 800, and I’ve had it at 1,000. Depending on what works and stuff I’m doing.
8 days a week? lol. your working out too much. It shouldn’t be more than 1hr a day if your doing it right. More workout actually don’t work. Running marathon don’t work. Insanity don’t work. it breaks your whole system up. Your using old method that has proven to not work. It’s outdated. There’s new info that don’t require as much workout as you said.
Fasting works to burn fat if your doing it right. 130-140 isn’t bad. method of Measuring fat don’t work it’s outdated. Sometimes it says your fat is more but it’s muscle.
sometimes it’s trauma too. I had a coworker who was a fitness builder when younger and then she plump up and couldn’t get back to before. It was due to accident. when she had to be in the hospital the body ran a program to store fat for energy for body repair and it kept that program. Her case, i think it was emotional trauma from car accident.

strength building not long cardio. many losing weight exercise is focus on cardio. cardio don’t do much for burning fat. It burns muscle. why else all the marathon runners look skinny and look unhealthy? U can get cardio by way of strength exercise without breaks. Isometrics works too.
workout works. question is what kind? for your goal.
You have to do your diligent research not looking for systems or products that are sales gimmick. Most exercise system are using models that don’t even use the system. It’s all sales marketing. There has to be science behind it.
If you love grain. your in trouble cuz that’s the main culprit of fat.

Your case is just nuts that you can’t drop weight, the I sanity work out which might cause trade mscle gain fat loss or most but still that’s what’s needed. So a way to tell if its working will be if our get super upset your stomach will over heat and give you the shits that was my normal until the fire inside me died down from trama and no exercise from improper imprissionment. Kito would most definitely help too besides that have you tried the whole tones o small meals thing and make sure you eat breakfast it’s super important. Myself I could always eat anything I wanted and never gained weight like I had a morbid roommate that I would have chili cheese fries eating contest with when I weight 135 lbs I’d finish mine then the rest of his and he’d be so fucking upset cause I never did anything besides play video games just like him, his weight game was trama related too. They mention hypnosis if your one of those that actually goes under the Influence for damn sure it would change your life and considering how much your paying for doctors and shit it should be worth while to find out if they can actually put you under. My trama ended for a while so I started losing weight by not eating much until the issues started to act back up now I’ve been stuck at same weight. Fasting doesn’t seem to do as much good compaired to just eating a tiny meal getting the digestion to turn does alot. If your gonna do the hypnosis thing I’d write out exactly what you want him to program and change. Good luck I’d hate to be in that spot I’m just lazy myself only reason I haven’t lost all the weight I put on from jail, 100lbs.
Another quike idea for the fire if it doesn’t burn bright enough is to do a ritual where you put the Intent into a super hot chili while useing candle and then eat said pepper with the intent just like it burns your senses it Sparks that fire that burns your undesirable weight away, sounds like if someone put good words to this I would be a really good spell has a sacrifice type o action even.

How mAny lbs is a kg I was dropping 10 lbs a month when I had no recurrence of issues and was actually eating more then I typically eat now. But my dad oes cook healthy. I went from weighing 150 max when I was super fit to 260. Just curious have you ever tried raw shark Omg it’s so good at least thrasher is. So so so much energy from it it felt like more spiritual energy then physical but I had alot of physical. I’m get back into eating more raw meat I used to just buy the stir fry pack of cut beef and eat that as a snack. I’m sure the demons around me oukd appreciate it and wan to share in.
