I am very good at visualization, so I have been medidating and I found myself in a memory, so that memory came after I visited my astral temple. I found myself crying and my 3th eye had pressure, i was wondering when I get into that memory can I also remind the person who was with me in that memory?

If they’re sensitive enough, probably. You can travel to them, hold the memory strongly in your mind and they might pick up the vibrations that bring it to their mind.
