There are many methods, and practicing any of them help… the key to all of these, is practice until it starts working, add more practice so it gets clearer and stronger, and more practice until you start getting intuitive feedback all day. The more you do this the better your rituals become, and your whole life improves because you are deeply connected your subconscious, you understand yourself and are getting messages that directly help you navigate life more easily.

@Mulberry i have a question about the Fruit Meditation (and basically any meditation that imply to conjure something that triggers our senses and is mentally consume (food, drinks…)
Is something “magickal” happening when you “eat” an orange you created in your mind?
I guess it can trigger some memories/feelings… But does something happen in other subtle layers ?
My theory is that can become magick if for instance you create that orange and you put an intent like “as this fruit is consumed, so the joyful/hope energy it contains is released in the room/my aura” ?
I’d agree with you. Just eating any orange physical or mental only brings you so much energy. But enchanting it first intending to bring the energy with which you enchanted it into your life as you brought it into your body is a magical practice.
This is the same principle used when people pray or say grace before eating, and it’s a common Taoist/qigong method for health to exchant the food while preparing it. As usual what you intend makes all the difference.
