A witch, or anyone, would be able to do a glamour spell on themselves without the need of a victim. The ideas you are talking about sound like the tales of Elizabeth Bathory etc.
As far as Succubi, there are many people on this forum with completely different ideas about them.
I don’t know if we know what their “real” form is, these are not physicals beings, they are energy entities - imo - and do not have a form. Like other energy beings, the appear to the minds eye as either they want, or as the mind symbolically represents them, which is part of how they communicate.
This seems to be some sort of fairy story or myth… Again, they are not physical beings and cannot age. Ageing is a physical process where the DNA sustain increasing damage until it no longer replicates correctly, producing increasing levels of inferior cells with diminished ability to create the proteins, such as collagen, that the young have. Energy beings no not have DNA. So they do not “age”, they do gain experience and they can evolve I think.
No, witches are normal humans who do magick, and age as all humans do.

Real human women are not succubi, this is not thing. Succubi come from the Greek stories of hag attacks and sleep paralysis and also led to the modern English word “nightmare”. Today that has been romanticized to have a sexual nature. This got mixed up with the story of the Lilim who were the monsters Lilith birthed with Samael. Today mages petition Lilith for a succubus.
I suggest you read up on your history before jumping to conclusions, you magick will be harder to effect if you are working off fictional ideas.
This sounds like it has a basis in fact… they may be using energy working to “vampirise” people as a way to cultivate qi. There are energy working techniques that hep maintain youth and longevity by cultivating more qi. This is the same reason people do Tai Chi exercises. It’s better to use quality sources of qi like the sun and cosmos - humans are dirty - but this works and there are many self-styles “vampires” on this forum who can speak to their experience on this.
Again, these are normal humans, they are not special and any human can do this.
