I’m well aware of syncretism but I’m asking about a deity changing themselves completely in order to stay relevant to humanity. Also if I were to research that what exactly would I search?

Syncretising is where they meld attributes to become more relevant.

Take a look at for example Hathor’s Wikipedia page to see how her attributes changed.
