Its also a sigil of Marquis Leraje. Its brass and its clearly not designed for wearing it with skin contact 
(I polish it with toothpaste if it gets too murky, that helps)

The necklace I made with a thrift store pendant and glass beads, it’s infused with King Paimon’s energy. The rings from left to right are Abundance, Knowledge and Strength. The two underneath haven’t been charged yet but will be set up to become Balance and Harmony.
