I am planning to buy the compendium of Lucifer this week my question is do I have to get the Belial compendium first or can I get the Lucifer compendium first?

Honestly, I don’t think it matters.
I’d go with the one you feel more compelled to work with.

Yes and no. FYI some stuff is mentioned but illustrated one of the symbols: the refered to as the god star is mentioned and not shown in the 2nd book, whereas it’s shown in the first book about Belial. You don’t need to get the first book but it really helps you if you do. However of you feel more drawn to Amaymon go for it.
Some are concepts are talked about and are not illustrated in the 2nd book, which was illustrated and talked about in the 1st book. *
