If you can’t get ahold of it reasonably, then I would leave it out. I’m not an herbalist, so I can’t recommend a substitute from experience or from actual knowledge.
There’s very little that can’t be left out and it still work, from my experience. After all, these are just aids to the magic and are only supportive to your magic.
